About the Trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day trial that includes full Professional access. This isn't a trick to upsell — it's so you can actually evaluate everything before deciding.

During the trial, use the forecasting, try the AI insights, build a few segments. If those features change how you work with clients, Professional pays for itself. If you find you mainly use the dashboard and heatmap, save the $30/month and go Essentials.

Switching Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing. No penalty for switching directions. See Managing Your Subscription for details.
